Those Who Love the Most

It just has been another lonely day
To let go of someone who takes your breath away
How can they understand how to play the game
When those who love the most always take the pain

Why do I always take the pain when everything's alright
Why do I always take the fall when my heart feels so right
All I have to do is to let go
And let the pain remain

How can you easily forget what you first said to me
"Never let go of someone who'd be the best for me"
But how did it happen, everything seemed to fall apart
You left me nothing but a weeping heart

There are many challenges that we had endured
But how did we ever let this tear us in two
There are many questions the only answer is to let go
And to leave the past a memory and find someone else
